wellness for wild souls

A world where you learn to find yourself without losing yourself. For people who are sick of being put in a box, who want to fully express themselves and tap into their intuition. For the perfectly imperfect. Fuck what society thinks, and embrace who you truly are.

embrace your duality

I’m Jamie-Lynn, the creator of Mindful Mischief, and I was going to introduce myself as a former party girl until I realized that, despite giving up alcohol, I'm still a party girl through and through.

That realization, while I was on my healing journey, essentially birthed the idea of Mindful Mischief. Learning to live in the duality of life and understanding that sometimes protecting your peace looks like being in bed at 8pm, other times it’s partying until 8am, and recognizing the beauty of not having to choose

I used to be someone who just let life happen to me, and used every excuse in the book to be an anxious and unhinged psycho who lived for the weekends. But over time and through the exploration of neuroscience and deepening my intuition, I’ve learned how to create a life I’m not escaping from.

The goal isn’t perfection, or to become someone who has the same routines as every other "healed" bitch you see posting online. The true goal is to create a life that's unique to you, one where you choose to level up, while still being your true authentic self.

our philosophy

You’re not here to fit one mold; you’re here to expand beyond all of them.

Mindful Mischief is rooted in the belief that being human is multifaceted. While no two paths will look the same, we focus on three pillars of growth throughout the process: awareness, embodiment, and connection.

Use your intuition to navigate each of these phases in a way that’s unique to you and allows you to remain fully human in the process (unless you decide to astral project into the ethers, which tbh same). Dive deeper into each phase and the modalities that can guide you through them.
  • Waking up to the fact you are living on autopilot, noticing the negative habit loops and programing and deciding to break out of society's conditioning

  • Embodiment means turning ideas or knowledge into real actions. It links what we know with what we do by using both mind and body. Instead of just thinking about something, embodiment helps us live it fully—using our thoughts, feelings, and actions together. This makes our behavior true to our beliefs and helps us grow, learn skills, and change for the better.
